INTRODUCTION

DE METROLOGY (DMSB) merupakan sebuah organisasi yang diperbadankan di Malaysia dengan fokus utama perniagaan dalam perkara-perkara yang berkaitan dengan metrologi sah.

DMSB has been appointed by the Federal Government of Malaysia through Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) under Akta Timbang dan Sukat 1972 to provide weighing and measuring equipment verification services in Malaysia.

OBJECTIVE

  1. To provide weighing and measuring equipment verification services in Malaysia with a wider access to all variety of businesses, Small Medium Enterprise, Corporate agencies and Government Linked Companies (GLC's) as per stated under Akta Timbang dan Sukat 1972.
  2. To promote a good practice in weighing and measuring.

GOAL

To serve consumer in Malaysia with the full protection of the weights and measures in all transactions paid for goods and services.
